    About Us

At Sensory Blueprint Connections, we believe that understanding a child’s sensory needs is the foundation for growth, connection, and success. Every child experiences the world differently, and we are dedicated to helping families, educators, and organizations better understand and support those differences.

Through individualized consultations, sensory screenings, educational services, and individualized therapy services we provide insight and practical strategies to create environments that promote regulation, engagement, and meaningful participation. Our relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach focuses on meeting each child where they are, empowering those who support them to create spaces where they feel safe, understood, and able to thrive

    Mission Statement

At Sensory Blueprint Connections, we believe every nervous system deserves to be understood and supported. Our mission is to educate and collaborate with families, educators, and corporations to create personalized sensory solutions that promote regulation, inclusion, and authentic participation in everyday life.

    The Why

Sensory Blueprint Connections was created to empower families and communities through education, collaboration, and practical support strategies that can be integrated into everyday life. Our goal is to provide meaningful resources and guidance that help individuals and families build on their strengths, navigate daily challenges, and reach their fullest potential.

    Colleen Gannon MSOT, OTR/L

Colleen was born and raised in Philadelphia and currently lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Salus University.

Colleen’s passion for working with the pediatric population began early, and she has more than 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and neurotypes. During high school, she worked as a swim instructor for children of all ages, and throughout her undergraduate and graduate education she spent time nannying infants and children.

As an occupational therapist, Colleen has experience across a variety of settings, including early intervention, school-based services, and outpatient clinics. She has focused much of her continuing education on neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based practice, trauma-informed care, primitive reflex integration, and sensory integration. Colleen completed her Interactive Metronome Certification and has also taken DIR courses through ICDL.

Colleen prioritizes building meaningful connections with each child and family she works with. She believes that creating a sense of safety and trust is the foundation for learning, growth, and development. Colleen feels honored to partner with families in empowering children to build on their strengths and reach their fullest potential.

Cydney Panichi COTA/L, DIR-B, CEIM, IMC

Cydney was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Chester County, Pennsylvania, which she still calls home today. After high school, she went on to receive her Associates degree in 2016 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Harcum College in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she went on to obtain various certifications in DIR-Floortime, Infant Massage, Interactive Metronome, and Therapeutic Listening/Safe and Sound Protocol.

Her passion for working with children began at a young age and has only grown stronger throughout her career. With over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, she brings both professional expertise and real-life caregiving experience to her work. Through this she developed a strong foundation in child development and the importance of nurturing each child’s growth.

Her clinical perspective expanded after experiencing the transformative impact of DIRFloortime, leading her to pursue certification in this approach. Through this work, Cydney recognized the critical importance of understanding each child’s unique sensory profile and meeting them where they are. She believes that this individualized, relationship-based approach fosters trust, emotional safety, regulation, and strong social-emotional development—empowering children to reach their fullest potential.
